I’m a UX Researcher with 10+ years of experience across banking, finance, e-commerce and other digital products. My background spans both qualitative and quantitative research — from interviews, workshops, and journey mapping to surveys and usability testing.

I’ve led research efforts for products, helping improve mobile platforms, boost adoption, engagement, improve usability metrics, and uncover insights that shaped product strategy. I also bring global consulting experience, that made a real impact on how people use digital products & services.

What I love most is turning research into stories and strategies that teams can act on — making products not just usable, but meaningful.

Beyond UX, following sports is how I spend most of my time (i might have a problem). Planning my next vacation is what mostly keeps me awake at night. I am at my happiest amongst nature and observing wildlife (trust me… spotting your first tiger is life changing!).
